does anyone know how i could get a sponsored for selling smoothies and the labor day parade?

I'm renting a place in Labor Day Parade in New York, Brooklyn, more than 3 million people from all over attend. I will sell smoothies and I'd be happy to get a sponsor to help with supplies, how I will do so .. I get Dole to sponsor or Some Kinda society or drink or anything, but how.

The first thing I would do is contact the parade committee and present your idea. Ask them if they have any recommendations for sponsors.

If they think you have a good idea, but are of no help in finding sponsors please contact the Chamber of Commerce or if you have a local branch of the SBA (Small Business Administrationn). I know that some cities have local offices that exist to help small businesses get started.
I would look in the telephone book to help you determine whether or not such an organization in your town or city.

If the worst comes to worst you can always try to take a small business loan or a personal loan. Sometimes there are citizens in a city that will lend you money in the short term. I do not use the term "Loan Shark" but basically what you might seek. There are also friends and family if you are so inclined. Good Luck, Ken P.

Au Pair Care au pairs celebrate Labor Day

Labor Day occurs on the first Monday in September and was first celebrated in the United States September 5, 1882. The date was deliberately chosen to fall between Independence Day and Thanksgiving. The festival has been suggested by Peter J. McGuire, a carpenter from New York City and one of the founders of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Matthew Maguire, Paterson, New Jersey machinist. They believed firmly that American workers should have a holiday similar to those of other countries. The first celebration was observed only in New York with a parade of about 10,000 workers. The idea spread rapidly and in 1894, President Grover Cleveland declared Labor Day a national holiday. Celebrating Labor Day in most countries. Forms of celebration are picnics, barbecues, fireworks, sports, events and public art. Some families with school-age children take it as the last chance to travel before the end of summer. Similarly, some teens and young adults consider to be the last weekend for parties before returning to school. However you plan to spend the day, I hope your Labor Day Holiday is remembered for an event in your program year as an AuPairCare Au Pair.Labor Day marks the beginning of the NFL and college football seasons - so we're on to the fun even more important in the weeks to come!
