Does anyone have DIY instructions for an owl halloween costume?

Sep 10, 2007 by mare | Posted in Hobbies & Crafts

My 6 yr old Latest obsession is nice, and the only thing I can find is $ 40 pre-Hedwig is one, but I'd like something homemade. We live in Louisiana, and he will be 80 degrees, I am sure that for Halloween, so a full suit is not practical.

I found one bhg.com / halloween-costumes. Hopefully that is what you are looking for. Good luck.

(my friends always call me owl eyes or owl face)

i could really use all the help i can get. i want to keep it kinda cheap too.

thanks! :)

You can put some white in your hair if you want to be a white owl. Using eye liner, you can make your eyebrows look as pointy as possible.
Get yellow contacts.
Put sticky feathers all over you, white and brown.I'm sure these will be easy to find at some store.
Find a bird tail somewhere from some store.

You have such a good idea!
