how to construct a eyeball halloween costume with a moveable eyelid?

Sep 15, 2006 by leianeb | Posted in Hobbies & Crafts

I suggest using 2 balls as big as golf balls games or something large enough for your body or at least the head and torso.

Take one and cut it so you can put your body in her leg and arm holes do, and I'd probably use the space "Iris" from the "eye" as a face hole.

Take the second and the reduction of 1 / 4 It Off to use the eyelid.

The first ball should have an eye painted on the front 1 / 2, the return of flesh. Paint the lid with either flesh colored or eyeshadow. Add lashes on the lower edge.Strengthen the main ball with a length of wire taped or glued to the inside to retain shape.

make a pivot point using lengths of tubes or pipes or whatever you have on hand, make a hole in each piece so that they align. I envision this work as a cover breadbox. I suggest making a handle on one side that you operate with one hand like a chain-operated apparatus would get tricky.

Good luck!

What is your favorite Halloween candy?

Sep 02, 2006 by Lighthawk Demon | Posted in Other - Food & Drink

A pretty straight-forward question for a change. :-)

Try to keep it to only one... your absolute favorite, though I know it will be hard.

This question is for everyone too. Not just the minors who may be "floating" around here. I'm personaly in my 30's and love those little Tootsie Pops or novelty candies that only come out around Halloween like Eyeball-like gumballs with the cherry filling.

But my personal all time favorite would have to be the old classic Candy Corns.

How 'bout you?

I used to love it when mom would drive us to the "rich" neighborhoods and we'd get full sized Snickers,One guy even had a case of them on his porch,in Torrance Calif. Thanks, mister,we love you. That was the 70's,What a great time to be a kid.....

Immediately after I fill out some paperwork to be submitted to the City, so I guess I should probably be there around 8. Do you mind if I am inside after closing, right? Oh, and it bothers you to swing my Hep vaccines this year? I just realized that I did not update and my company does not cover my co-pays for work related to preventive health care more. Because of the economy and all.Despite the fact that my office is right next to the nurses and a room full of vaccines and supplies for viral testing. And believe me when I tell you that you probably do not want my dirty paws all over your 1) Tuesday before Labor Day is (was) always the first day of school in the neighborhood school where j ' I grew up. It was great because you've had a week to three days, a weekend of three days. Four days a week, a regular weekend, and then a week of five days. I love easing into things. I am obliged to go to the store office supplies and pick up something new for lunch today because I have not had a chance yesterday.I saw these books that have an empty space at the top and bottom lines of each page, and they were designed for children to draw a picture and write a story about the image. That's what Jake and I will be soon. He did not go to school this year, and while I can write an entire post about this, I will not. Suffice it to say that he already knows what they will teach a Year 3 class-old and if I know Jake, I know he will be furious that someone is trying to learn something that he already knows, and he has no patience for children who do not know what he does.3) I really need to start drinking more water and eat less processed foods. Seeing pictures of myself last weekend in Erie make me feel bad to me....
