How can I paint my face like the Crow for Halloween?

I want to dress up like Eric Draven (The Crow) for Halloween. I want it to look much like the movie, was really a compact and lipstick to make-up? I do not want cheap white clown make-up is all greasy and shiny looking. I want something that will not be too thin and break away after a few hours or a little sweat, either. I need something a bit like the Goths used to wear to be fading, but I needed it more concentrated so it's actually white, like in the movie. What a guy will Gash. I want to look dull and flat white as in the film. Suggestions?

Halloween Vintage Style

Another really good picture of the Halloween version of A Muse is awesome Spooky tree. I love his curly branches and form funky. There is something else again, too. You can not see well in the picture but for some branches have Twinkle black spots on them. They're so cool! You get 3 different sizes on one sheet of Twinkles. How do you like that feeling again? One of my favorites ... works so well with small cats and crows. I just used my Handy Dandy Stamp-a-ma-jig to align the crows on the branches.
