Approximately 3-4 years ago during Halloween a company released a chewy candy called "blasts Berry Cherry, my whole family which I became addicted to them and now you can not find them. Is Does anyone know what I mean? I look for them every Halloween and never find them.

Hello:

Have you tried looking online for them? Sometimes, certain types of stores online grocery will be a hard sell to find candies, or you can watch on E-Bay too! The last thing is that if you have never been able to save the packaging that the candy came in, then you can contact the company directly and see if it is still in production. If the candy is still a reality and you do not find in your local grocery store, then the company that manufactures the candy might be able to ship to you, good luck to find it!

What type of Halloween candy should I give out this year?

Oct 11, 2008 by Teri | Posted in Halloween

I get about 300 kids every Halloween and have decided to buy just one type of candy. Last year I had several types and let the kids choose, but some of them got greedy and wanted one of everything so I am limiting selection to just one type. What would be your favorite treat if you could only choose one?

Something chocolate is always a hit for me. Reeses would be my first choice.

I would say some sort of gummy treat (i.e. gummy bears, lifesavers, etc). That way younger children have a treat that is safe and easy to eat for them and big kids like them too.

Summer is at it's END!

.. Wheew!

For those of you who know me .. I HATE heat, sweat and was fine for most. Mainly because the summer heat and sweat. Several years ago I dreaded the summer, not because of these things, but because of the "swimsuit". NO way would I wear a bathing suit, unless it was covered by a Tshirt. I do not know when it became a problem, maybe around 11. It is also the age when I went in weighing 136 to 163 before the age of 12 hormones .... gotta love it! It is true that I blame hormones .... I may either push, but I was a very active child and of course ate as a child as active, but come on that much weight in less than a year?

Anyway, do not bring back distressing memories, so lets change the subject.

Summer is almost over and autumn is acoming! Yippy! Which means falling leaves, sweaters, boots, jeans and yup, Halloween! Who will be told by local Marylanders who is the anniversary of the devils, who knows? Well happy freakin birthday to ya! I was raised to treat Halloween as a day where you could dress up and make candy, games to play and be silly. When did people start taking this so seriously? Do not our children the right to have fun?
