Christmas cards?

Considering the price of cards and stamps, do you think it is appropriate to send Christmas cards online? It seems that this old Christmas card custom is fading fast and I do not like it. When I was a kid we used to get hundreds of them, but not anymore.

I think it is better to send and receive paper cards. This way, people can use to help decorate their house. Give something extra to the festive atmosphere of the house, something if the cards are displayed. Also every time they look at the card you sent them, they will remember and think of you. I think it's a nice thing to do.

I mail cards yet, but I also send e-cards (usually humorous) to some people, in addition to their "real" cards.

How to respond to Christmas cards sent to my deceased grandparents?

Both of my grandparents passed away in May and right now I am living in their house, fixing it up. A few people who obviously hadn't heard sent Christmas cards. I didn't want to do this during the holidays, but should I write them letters explaining the situation?

i would definitely respond to these people. send back the cards with a little note explaining what happened.

Back to school…

He should be back to school time because it has not stopped raining today! The five of us went to school, wrapped in waterproof (well it was comfortable and dry in the stroller). Rosa began the year 3 now, which is such a great thing, as it moves across the Key Stage 2 (Juniors IE). There are no more fruit snacks in the morning or afternoon break, but I put a sticker in his lunch box saying what a great girl she was. It seems to have taken on the day in stride and is full of enthusiasm for his new teacher, new friend who has just moved into the class and her new subject on the Romans.At bedtime, I remembered that we had bought a book on the Romans in a stall of used books in the summer and if she goes into school tomorrow.

Rosa Mae really missed while she was at school and made a little note: for this she was very sweet. I washed the shells of oysters holiday then we played and we did cut and paste. Finally I also blocked all the Christmas cards (2008), birthday cards (Rosa and Alice) and maps of baptism of Alice in their albums.
