Does anyone know where I can have a nice Christmas theme or background for my computer? I'm tired of looking in the pictures, but they are all dumb ...

What would be a good background to use for a family Christmas photo?

Dec 01, 2007 by J. G. | Posted in Photography

I'm looking for a good idea to use for a Christmas background for a family photo of my girlfriend and I that we could include our cat in. I would like something other than the traditional Christmas tree or fire place. Also I would like to do it with out using editing software like Photoshop.

Our town has a beautifully decorated fountain that makes a great backdrop. Your town may have a decorated area that you like. If you want the Christmas lights to stand out, plan for the photo op a bit before sunset, while there is still some light in the sky. You can also go to the park or the woods and use evergreens or bare winter branches in the background.

Of course, it may be difficult to include the cat in location shots. Some ideas for around the house: If you have stairs, decorate with a garland or greenery and pose on them. Or go ahead and use the tree or fireplace if you have one. Just because it is cliche' doesn't make it a bad idea.

You could use a floral arrangement instead of a tree, and pose at the dining room table instead of the living room. You could pile lots of ornaments in glass bowls for decor. If you have a collection of holiday items use them. (I have nutcrackers that I have used for props, but anything could work as an accessory.) Maybe all of you (including the cat) could wear a Santa or elf hat? Coordinate your apparel so you don't clash, you can wear Christmas sweaters or not. Take lots of shots, if you have a friend to do the shooting might be better than the self timer. If your camera has a remote, that would be great, no running back and forth! Have fun.

Honestly, any plain background would work well. If it's a nice enough day, you could take it outside. Or just in the livingroom on a comfy sofa. Just try to keep the background uncluttered.

"Kate Kane has been completely revamped from its original character Kathy Kane, although both are beautiful red, whose family inherited hair clean everything Bruce Wayne does not. Kate is then seen with Gotham City police security, Renee Montoya, her former lover, and both have a meeting very explosive. After cutting Renee face of insensitivity on the status of Kate as a member of the lesbian, Kate agrees to find the information to Renee about a warehouse that his family owns. Shortly after their meeting, Kate appears as Batwoman and Renee did not take long to realize his true identity. Batwoman helps Vic (the issue) and Renee in their investigations (humanoid and animalistic Book Intergang crime, for example) and Kate is soon kidnapped by Intergang and stabbed in the chest, apparently being used as a sacrifice.Renee after Kate found out a knife from his own chest to stab Bruno Mannheim, then falls into the arms of the young woman. As she recovers at home, Renee, hidden in her new alter ego of the question, brightens the signal of a bat in his apartment and asked: "Are you ready?" After the events of Final Crisis and Battle for the Cowl where Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson died is the new Batman, Kate becomes the main character. The time has hardened. She, Dick, investigates the Covens of the religion of the crime and shows his knowledge is larger than hers, autoclaving, there are thirteen covens instead of twelve.Batman can retort that it better do something about his long hair, because she was killed in a fight. Little does he know that it is a wig and Kate does not really care what he thinks. Kate Kane is very different from the Silver Age Kathy Kane....
