I will be going on a Carnival cruise this year and I am currently on Weight Watchers. I plan to stick to WW while on the cruise, but I know this will be very difficult. Any tips or point values for carnival cruise meals? How can I stick to WW while cruising?
Willpower, and LOTS of it! Try to keep drinking your water, eat lots of veggies and fruit, and try to stay away from the dessert cart!

Next week I'll make the trip back to the west coast. I'll be in CA for about 46 hours. I will then move to Reno, NV for the weddings of my closest friends. I have known Craig for 10 years and I am so happy to celebrate with him and Laurie on this special day. It will be fun to see many of my friends again in the same place! He could get a little crazy 
During my almost two days of being in CA, I'm going to go to the State Fair! The stars are aligned and the fair opens on Friday when I fly in Thursday. Not only that, but David Cook is the concert that night! SO EXCITED! I have been a frequent visitor to the Fair and I am so glad that my move to Texas has not changed the fact that I still get to go this year…I guess I should actually thank Laurie and Craig for planning their wedding this weekend, so THANKS!
Some of you reading this may have been to the fair, so you totally understand my excitement. Some of you may live in a totally other state and never been there. I know all state’s have fairs, and I am looking forward to going to Texas’, I hear its amazing, but I only have CA’s to go by.So I thought it would be appropriate for me to share things with you my top 10 favorite at the fair:
10. Wrinkle-I have always loved the rides. At one point in my life was my goal to visit every park in the world. Regular walks and I am not afraid. Many people become nervous to ride them because they are not permanent and workers sometimes seek summary. But I am confident that if it is my time, then its my time and I might as well go down having fun! One thing I noticed with age is that I can do some more rides. He who comes to mind is the Gravitron.The one that looks like a spaceship. You lay against the inside wall and your seat slides up and down. I went on it after my first year of college and thought I would surely vomit. It has the same effect on me as the cups do. Now I try to stick to others like the Ferris wheel or the drop zone....
