I was eight years old when I attended with my mother, my brother and paternal grandparents, and most of my immediate family, my great-uncle and great aunt also attended the meeting. They, of course, led to separate us. The meeting was in Pennsylvania and my grandfather was driving the van that we had at the time. (I do not know exactly where he was in Pennsylvania, but it's fairly close to the border with New York.) My father did not accompany us to the meeting because he had to work. I do not remember the drive to the meeting, but I do not remember if I saw any road signs. All I knew was that the family was on the side of my grandmother's family. The hotel where the meeting took place (where we stayed) had, from what I remember, an Irish theme. I do not remember the name but I still remember what the place looked like. (Of course, I also took pictures, so that is probably why I remember so much about the place.) Apart from members of the family I mentioned earlier, I do not know no other there someone at the meeting, and I do not really recall interacting with other people at the meeting. What I do remember is that the meeting was in late October and has been mainly a weekend event.I had to miss a day or two of school, but the meeting was not very long. Towards the end of the meeting, there was a little trick-or-treat event set up for children, and I remember the costume I had this year for Halloween. Unfortunately, my brother and I missed most of the event, but our mother took pictures of us in our costumes. As I know nobody, I think I'm hanging around my family mostly, although I do remember wandering a bit. (Unfortunately, I do not remember everything.) I did not leave the hotel once or twice, but only with family members. One of the outputs of the hotel was with my grandparents and I remember we crossed the border in New York to buy lotto tickets....
