i need a good survey?

I'm looking for a myspace survey, like this:

The last place you hugged someone?
Last person you text message?
What kind of phone you have?
Your hair naturally curly or straight?
Do you plan on passing this year nNext?
Do you currently have a Hickey?
Who was the last person you talked on the phone?
Who was the last person you took a picture with?
Do you have a best friend?
Do you remember what you were like a year ago?
Do you use smiley faces on the computer too?
Who did you last go out to eat?
If someone had a crush on you, you want them to tell you?
The sun shines?
If there was a spider in the room would you stay?
Are you happy with life right now?
Did you have any unread text messages this morning when you woke up?
What is your relationship with the person of your last text message?
What are your plans for today?
Could you spend the rest of your life without smoking a cigarette?
Is There Anybody you're really disappointed right now?
Where were you July 4th?
Do you miss someone?
Do you think you'll be in a relationship 3 months from now?
Do you drink tea?
Have you ever wanted something you could not?
What is the last thing you ate?
Have you already anyway, been betrayed by someone you trust?
How late did you stay up last night and why?
Do you know someone who is currently locked up?
Do you trust your friends?

So if you could help me find a [or make one], it would be great.

Simley face and Cubes in 4th Of July 07 Fireworks Boston

Today’s on-air advice, Part II

One of my good friends spent the evening with me a few weeks ago. She commended on my favorite shirt that I wore then, and then "accidentally" spilled his drink on him. She apologized and offered a profusion of having cleaned for me. The next day she took with her and she said the cleanest place near his office. We have not seen each other for a couple of weeks, but yesterday I came across it in the supermarket, and she seemed to have forgotten the blouse and said there was no cleaner near his office .Acting like she spare me for the sake of our friendship, she said she would check with her cleaner and see if somehow it went off there or something. This morning she told me she had called them and they have nothing in his (or whatever it was filed) there. Sorry. I was just wondering what to think about it and was not sure. So, now we are at a baby shower for a mutual friend, and she wears my coat! I can not believe it! What should I do?

A.I think the first thing you should ask yourself is why your friend does not seem to feel comfortable, just to ask if she could borrow your shirt. Do you tend to share your things with others, for example, or do you project an aura of punitive unwillingness to share? Maybe she thought you did not just refuse to lend you the shirt if asked, but you would get very angry cons too. That is the question: What is the polite way to resolve this conflict? Should I ask him to come to me or meet me halfway, instead of always going to see her (although she really does not drive)?Should I tell her I do not see too often? If yes, do I tell him why? Should I ask for gas money? It seems that one of these options is both tough and could lead to call her off.

A. What an interesting question, Ja-I mean "Cory", and very ably discussed. I'm sure if this sophisticated, seductive older woman really enjoys your company, something could be developed, especially if you are willing to be flexible on certain things. I'm sure you know which ones. Why do not you meet to find solutions around 8:00 am in this place you went July 4th?This should be close enough for many.
