The second and third page are the medical history form is required by the camp in Ohio. The 4th page is a short inquiry that we would really want to meet you. This will help us in our planning. The last page is our provisional agenda. The agenda is subject to change. We will finalize it after we start our applications / surveys back.
Prices for activities can be found on the application, but they are as follows:
1 day (Saturday) - $ 15 / Children 6 and under - free 2 days (Saturday / Sunday) - $ 30 / Children 6 and under - $ 5
** If you participate in ropes or Team Challenge, you must also complete an adventure (which is under the links section on the right) **
Team Challenge - $ 5 (from now, once offered on Saturday afternoon) High Ropes - $ 10 (from now offered at 9am and 2pm on Saturday)
Crafts will be offered in the AM and PM if there is sufficient interest free, however we need to know if you will attend.
We will actively proposing others, like fountains (and water slide), line dancing, basketball, volleyball, nature walks, the nature center will be open, and a chance for you to mingle with old friends. (Please feel free to bring outdoor games like Cornhole, scale (hillbilly) golf, horseshoes, etc ...)
We will also have a campfire on the site campfire around 8:30 pm and will hike up Vespers at 10pm for those who can stay late (or stay the night).
If you RSVP for the reunion and need to cancel, we will be able to refund your money 100% to Friday, July 2nd, 2010.After this time, we will not be able to refund your money.
